In XENO City, there exists a Landmark Construction Site dedicated to reflecting a variety of landmarks, ranging from artistic structures to commercial buildings owned by large corporations. This special space is constructed and operated based on unique proposals within a large land area. Various entities, including famous individuals or corporations from both domestic and international markets, can participate in this space for marketing purposes.

In XENO City, one Land NFT covers approximately 50 square meters. Users can build buildings up to 2 floors based on in-game rules, and by purchasing the right to increase the number of floors, they can construct taller buildings up to 4 floors at a relatively low cost. Beyond that, as the height increases, the cost also rises, and there is a maximum limit on the number of floors, reflecting a similar concept to real-world constraints. However, Landmark Construction Sites are owned by the game company and can create enormous structures resembling landmarks under special circumstances. Corporations can conduct large-scale advertising in these towering structures and even change the name of the landmark, enabling the creation of various content such as "Eiffel Tower" or "Lotte Tower."

XENO City provides social networking service (SNS) features.

Suppose a specific user commutes to a virtual office within XENO City. In this scenario, traditional messengers may lack user convenience due to the absence of a unified collaboration tool. XENO City plans to integrate an SNS with workflow features, providing social functions, mutual following capabilities, and a friend or party system within the game. This system allows users to invite others to their homes or control access to buildings.
